1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between ffgg (에프에프지지, hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the QA Note QA record platform service (hereinafter "Service") provided by the Company.

2. Definitions

  1. "Service" refers to the web-based QA annotation, issue tracking, screenshot capture, 세션 리플레이, and related features provided by the Company.
  2. "User" refers to a person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  3. "Organization" refers to a unit created by the user within the Service to manage projects and members.
  4. "Content" refers to screenshots, annotations, issues, comments, and other materials uploaded or created by the user through the Service.

3. Effect and Amendment of Terms

  1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or communicated to users through other means.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws, and will provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any changes.
  3. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw their account.

4. Provision of Service

  1. The Company provides the following services:
    • Website QA annotation and issue tracking
    • Screenshot capture and annotation tools
    • 세션 리플레이
    • Chrome extension and embeddable widget
    • Integration with external services such as GitHub and Slack
    • AI-assisted issue drafting and analysis, report narrative drafting, and project code chat
  2. The scope of service provision may vary depending on the plan (Solo, Pro, Flex).

5. Formation of Service Agreement

  1. The service agreement is formed when the user agrees to these Terms and completes registration.
  2. The Company may reject registration in the following cases:
    • Using another person's information
    • Providing false information
    • Registering for fraudulent purposes

6. Fees and Payment

  1. During the initial Pilot, the Company does not accept new payments, automatic renewals, paid seat increases, or AI credit purchases.
  2. Before enabling paid billing, the Company will announce the applicable fees, billing cycles, refund terms, and effective date on the pricing page and through an in-service notice.
  3. When paid billing is enabled, credit and debit card payments are processed through PortOne, and the Company does not directly store full card numbers.
  4. Users with an existing payment or subscription may continue to request cancellation or refund support during the Pilot.

7. User Obligations

  1. Users must use the Service only for legitimate purposes.
  2. Users must not upload content that infringes on the rights of others.
  3. Users must not engage in activities that interfere with the stable operation of the Service.
  4. Users must securely manage their account credentials.
  5. Users must not mass-invoke AI features through automated bots or scripts, or abuse them for purposes other than QA work. Detailed terms are governed by the AI Fair Use Policy.

8. Service Changes and Suspension

  1. The Company may modify the Service after prior notice for service improvement purposes.
  2. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or system failures.

9. Disclaimer

  1. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by circumstances attributable to the user.
  2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of information obtained by users through the Service.
  3. The Company bears no special obligation to compensate for free services.

10. Dispute Resolution

  1. Disputes regarding these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. The competent court for litigation related to Service use shall be the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location.

11. Data Transfer and Return

  1. Users may request transfer of their data upon termination of the service agreement, including account deletion or plan cancellation.
  2. The Company provides a 30-day data transfer and recovery grace period after contract termination or an account deletion request. Data destroyed after that period cannot be recovered.
  3. The scope and format of exported data depend on supported export features, the user's access rights, and applicable law.
  4. In the event of complete service discontinuation, the Company will provide at least 90 days' advance notice and allow sufficient time for users to transfer their data.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All intellectual property rights in the Service's software, design, logo, trademarks, and other elements belong to the Company.
  2. Ownership of content (screenshots, annotations, issues, etc.) uploaded or created by users through the Service belongs to the users.
  3. The Company uses user content solely for the purpose of providing the Service and does not use it for marketing or AI model training.
  4. Users must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the Service.

13. AI Features and Data Policy

  1. The Company provides AI-assisted issue drafting and analysis, report narrative drafting, and user-requested project code chat.
  2. For AI features, issue content, screenshots and annotations, required technical metadata, and code context selected by the user may be transmitted to the Anthropic or OpenAI API.
  3. Data transmitted via the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs is not used for AI model training in accordance with each provider's policies.
  4. The Company does not use user data for training its own AI models.
  5. AI results are for reference only; accuracy is not guaranteed.
  6. AI features can be disabled in project settings.
  7. AI feature usage is subject to plan-specific limits and the AI Fair Use Policy. Technical safeguards (rate limiting) are applied per user and per organization to ensure service stability. AI features may be temporarily restricted if abnormal usage is detected.

14. Chrome Extension Usage

  1. The Chrome Extension is used solely for QA annotation and issue registration purposes.
  2. Browser permissions requested by the Extension are used for the following purposes:
    • activeTab: Screenshot capture of the current tab
    • storage: Storing authentication information and user settings
    • contextMenus: Quick issue registration from the right-click menu
    • scripting: Overlaying annotation UI on the page
