Frequently asked questions

Can I use the same features on every plan?
Yes. QA Note uses a scale-based model, not a feature-gated one. Even on the Solo plan, you can use all core features like maintenance report publishing, MCP handoff, commit key integration, and session replay.
What is a seat?
A seat is a team member who can log in to QA Note. Client contacts (reporters) who file issues via magic link are not counted as seats.
Will my data be preserved when upgrading from the free plan?
Yes. All issues, comments, and attachments are preserved.
What's the difference between yearly and monthly billing?
New payments are paused during the Pilot. Monthly and annual pricing and discount terms will be announced before paid billing begins.
What payment methods are supported?
Card registration and payments are paused during the Pilot. When enabled, credit and debit card payments will be processed through PortOne.
What is the refund policy?
There are no new Pilot payments. If you have an existing payment or subscription, contact support for cancellation or refund handling.
